Baby Namings & Welcoming Ceremonies

A welcoming ceremony is always a time of joy and I am always honored to be asked to consult!

It is a time to ask for blessings on a child and the family into which the child is joining.

My favorite thing to do is to ask for those in attendance to give their blessings. This can be done in a formal way in which blessings are prepared ahead of time and formally presented (I help and advise on how to do this, so don't panic) OR this is something that can be done much more spontaneously in a living room.

I'm glad to celebrate with you. Let's talk.

NOTE: Naming ceremonies can be done any time that is convenient for your family – usually before the child is 18 months.
